Pflug, Angeline S. (Longo) Binghamton: Angeline S. (Longo) Pflug, 92, of Binghamton, danced into the arms of her "Just Bob" on March 25, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Bob; sisters, Margaret and Philomena; brother, Vito; and parents, Michele and Antionette Longo. She is survived by her children, Michele and her "favorite" son-in-law, George Johnson, Robert and her "favorite" daughter-in-law and special Hospice aide, Dixy Pflug, Annette and her "favorite" son-in-law, Ted Cook; sisters, Josephine Sotak and Ann Mearin; and a very special sister-in-law, Margaret Longo; the loves of her life, her grandchildren: Debby Mulford, who will miss her daily phone calls, Christine Dykeman, Raymond (Susan) Johnson, Krista, Eric and Brian Cook, Tom, Nikki (Ken), Sarah (Jamie) Jenks; her great-grandchildren, who will all miss their Mimi: Tara, Ryan, Tyler, Taylor, RJ, and Tori (Roo-bells), who will especially miss Mimi's creep mousy; her lifelong friends, the "Golden Girls": Josie Kocik, Mabel Kocan, Gen Koval, and Stella Barvinchak; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends who will miss her. Angie was a lifelong member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, where she was a member of the Golden Age Club. Over the years she served in many church groups, PTA, and Catholic Daughters. Angie was a manager of Kinny's and David's Shoe Stores and then worked at Sheltered Workshop where she developed a great compassion for all people. The family would like to thank Lourdes Hospice for all their support, especially Sister Fredrica, Stephanie, Lori, Judy, Tess, and all the support staff that are so caring. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, per Angie's request, please make donations to The Friendship Tree, PO Box 4, Kirkwood, NY 13795 in her name.
