Obituary of John G. Pieszala

John G. Pieszala | Visit Guest Book Pieszala, John G. Binghamton: John G. Pieszala, 77, of Binghamton, died Thursday, October 13, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Jacqueline Pieszala, Binghamton; his children, Melinda and Joe Sartori, Elmira, Christine Perlee, Albany, Steven and Brenda Pieszala, Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Ray and Brooke Merritt, Thomas and Madelyn Perlee, Ana Pieszala; a great-granddaughter, Haylee Merritt; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton, and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. John retired as a Design Engineer with the IBM Corporation after 27 years and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Golf was his passion which he enjoyed his whole life and golfing trips to Myrtle Beach, SC. A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton, Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of John may be made to Loaves Pantry, 7 Livingston Street, Binghamton, NY 13903.
