Obituary of Albert M. Bolt

Albert M. Bolt, 84, of Binghamton, passed away Thursday evening, September 11, 2003 at his home. He was predeceased by his parents, Verna and Ivan Bolt; and his sister, Marjorie Bolt Franks. He is survived and loved by his wife of 62 years, Helen Loomis Bolt, Binghamton; his children, Barbara Herndon, Syracuse, Dr. Richard and Jean Bolt, Hilton Head Island, S.C., Nancy Kobbe, Painted Post, Lorie Nalepa, Richmond, Va.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Albert was a member of St. Christopher's Church, Binghamton, and was a salesman for many years. He was an avid gardener, especially his rose garden, and was a Syracuse University sports fan. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Monday, at 12:30 p.m., and at 1 p.m. at St. Christopher's Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Sunday, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Albert may be made to the Hospice Program, c/o Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, 169 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905, or the American Heart Association, 59 Court St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13902.
