Obituary of Elizabeth M. Micha

Elizabeth Charsky Micha, 87, of Binghamton, died Wednesday afternoon,
April 2, 2003, at The Waters of Endicott. She was predeceased by her parents,
Matthew and Elizabeth Charsky; her brothers, Matthew Charsky Jr., and Robert
Charsky; sisters-in-law, Betti Charsky and Marge Charsky. She is survived by
her loving husband of 64 years, Anthony J. Micha Sr.; her son and
daughter-in-law, Anthony and Judy Micha Jr., Waverly; grandchildren, Karen and
Tim Synder, Indianapolis, Ind., David and Kelly Micha, Plymouth, Mass; a
great-grandchild, Callie Snyder; her brother, Steve Charsky, Hillcrest;
sister-in-law, Velma Charsky, Endwell; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Church, Binghamton, The Moravan
Club, Binghamton Moose Lodge 1013, First Ward Senior Citizens and American
Legion Post 1254 Auxiliary.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at
Ss. Cyril & Methodius Church, Saturday, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Slovak
Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons
Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Friday, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Expressions
of sympathy in memory of Elizabeth may be made to the Benevolent Fund at The
Waters of Endicott, 301 Nantucket Dr., Endicott, N.Y. 13760. The Czechoslovak
Moravan Klub will hold a prayer service Friday, at 6:30 p.m., at the funeral
home.
