Alice
V. De Maria, 90, of Binghamton, died Monday morning, February 10, 2003 at Our
Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank De Maria;
her parents, L. Erwin and Lucy Barrows; her sisters, Irena and Roy Brock, Helen
Wilcox; brother, Charles D. Barrows; nephew, Robert Spangenburg; and
great-nephew, Robbie Brock. She is survived by her niece, Norma O'Neil,
Conklin; sister-in-law, Jane Barrows, Binghamton; nephews, William and Kathy
Barrows, Richard Barrows, Charles and Alice Brock; several great-nieces and nephews;
and a special friend, Millie Boigeol. She was a member of The Loyal Order of
Moose Lodge #411.
Funeral and interment services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral
Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Wednesday at 4 p.m. Rev. David C. Seaver, Chaplain
of Pastoral Care at Lourdes Hospital, will officiate. Burial will be in
Kattelville Cemetery, Kattelville.
The
family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2
p.m. until service time at 4 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Alice
may be made to the American Heart Association, 59 Court St., Binghamton, N.Y.
