Obituary of Patrick W Fernan

Patrick W. Fernan, 35, of Binghamton, died unexpectedly Wednesday, December 5, 2001. He is survived by his son, Sean Patrick Fernan and his former wife, Colleen Fernan, Binghamton; his parents, Art and Ann Fernan, Johnson City; a brother and sister-in-law, Brendan and Sue Fernan, Endwell; two sisters, Jamie Brigid Fernan, Johnson City, Kate Fernan and Terry Grippen, Binghamton; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton, graduate of Seton Catholic Central High School, Class of 1985 and graduate of Broome Community College and member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, corner of Court and Fayette Streets, Binghamton, Friday (today) at 1 p.m. Burial will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Great Bend, Pa. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Sean Patrick Fernan Educational Trust, c/o Horizons Federal Credit Union, 126 Main St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.
