Obituary of Mary A Ross

Ross, Mary A. "Toni" Binghamton: Mary A. "Toni" Ross, 86, of Binghamton, passed away peacefully Monday, November 26, 2012, at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Sam Ross; her brother, Joe Cherrone; her parents, Catherine and Anthony Cherrone; and three stepsons, Sam Jr., Ronnie, and Nick. She is survived by her son, Tony Ross; her sister, Florence Dilello; grandchildren, Tony Jr. and Sammy; great-granddaughter, Angela; nieces and nephews, Cathy and Ed Ranucci, Joe and Ceil Dilello, Anthony Dilello; many great nieces and nephews. She was a lifetime member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton. Toni waited on people her whole life as a waitress at Community Coffee Shop, the Al-Jo Restaurant, and Little Venice Restaurant. She loved playing bingo and making cookies for the holidays and watching any sport on TV. She was a sweet, caring, and generous woman who was loved by everyone who met her. She loved spending time with all of her family members. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Binghamton, Friday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
