Charlotte F. Freeman, 87 of Binghamton died Sunday January 18, 2015 at Absolut of Endicott. She was predeceased by her parents, Lucius and Mildred Freeman; her brother, Bruce Freeman; brother, Russell Freeman; nephew, David Setliff and niece Karen Tyree. She is survived by her sister, Vivian Wilson, Johnson City and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Reverend Edward Maslin will officiate
