Obituary of Loretta Dillon

Loretta Walsh Dillon of Binghamton passed away peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband William and an infant daughter Colleen; also her three sisters and their spouses. She is survived by her three daughters, Kathleen, Karen and Kristine and her husband Elliott and their two children Shannon and Alex. They were the loves of Gramie's life. She also leaves her three nephews, Edward and Maryann Coughlin and their large and extended family who were so good to her; James and Daniel O'Day; their wives and families. Mom always said she had two special daughters, Ann and David Pooley, their son Justin and his family and Denise and Larry Marsili and their son Matthew. She loved you so much. Mom enjoyed her home and her pets especially Gracie. She had wonderful neighbors and enjoyed all the wonderful parties that took place on Vine Street. Special thanks to Carol Hall for communion and cookies. She was a life-time member of the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton. A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Vestal Avenue, Binghamton Tuesday at 11 am. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Silver Lake, PA. The family will receive friends at the Church of Saints John and Andrew Tuesday from 10 am until 11 am.
