Dear Flanagan Family: While I'm saddened that another of the old Chernin & Gold family has passed away, I know that your Dad lived a full and wonderful life. He was definitely, "old school" as I remember when my office was on the other side of the wall of his office, he would call his secretary and ask her to send Mrs. Hill into see him. I popped my head around the corner and said, I can hear you, you can just yell out for me. I remember organizing a ton of file folders for litigation on the State Office Building or as he referred to it - that S.O.B. file. I know that your parents were both very generous people who supported many charities throughout their lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time; it can certainly be said of him, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Barb (Wiktor) Hill
