It is said that the smallest flicker of light can illuminate darkness , David and his wife Jean were an enduring flame after through the darkness of losing an innocent child and their pain they rejuvenated a space for children to play and other charitable efforts to remind us all that children are our greatest treasure. David’s death is a loss to our community and my thoughts and prayers go out to Jean and family . May this man of integrity and conviction leave an indelible mark on our hearts and continue his legacy to speak for the vulnerable little ones. God bless
