Dear Steve, Emily, Joe, Anne, Teresa, Carl and Chris, I am so sorry to hear of your brother passing. I love the photo that you posted because it is just the way I remember Eric in our childhoods. Along with that great big smile, I can still hear his deep voice and remember his always-positive disposition. It’s no surprise to read how much everyone loved him and about how kind an adult he was. My sincere condolences to all of you.

My sincere condolences to Tami and Eric's family. May God comfort you as you navigate these difficult days. I knew Eric from high school and the BCHS Swim Team. Eric knew then what it takes most people a lifetime to learn. He treated people well and smiled at everyone. He literally was the definition of kindness. I consider myself fortunate for having known him. Too soon, but well done Eric. May God shine His perpetual Light upon you.

Eric was working at Wilson Hospital on NW4 when I was a resident physician on pediatrics. He was one of the most genuine and kind hearted people I’ve ever known. He always thanked me for my work and let me know I was appreciated. He was a constant ray of light and he always made my day a better one. My condolences to his family-he must have touched many lives. May his memory be an eternal blessing.

My condolences to Eric’s fiancée Tami, and to the Luckert family.
Eric was such a kind and genuine person. Whenever I would see him at work, he always had a smile on his face. He would take the time to help out, even if he was busy doing something else. In the midst of a sometimes stressful environment, it was always nice to see Eric’s friendly face.
Eric, thank you for being you!
Rest In Peace!

Eric,
Thank you for being a good brother. I have many fond memories of fishing, playing softball, and watching old black and white movies with you. I love you and miss you.
God,
You took Eric away from us far too soon. He was good guy. Please take good care of him.

Eric always had a smile and kind word for everyone at Wilson Hospital and the staff of the Housekeeping Department. He was an amazing man, who always made you feel special. Eric went out of his way to say Hi or to share a story or two. He was never without a book to read. At times I would give Eric a ride to or from work and he was always worried I was going out of my way for him. I always told him that I enjoyed talking to him and we had some great conversations. I will miss his bright smile and outgoing positive attitude. He was such a joy to work with. My thoughts and prayers go out to Eric's family. He will be truly missed.

My prayers go out you the family and many friends Eric had. I will always Eric since I met him when he worked with my mother when I was a kid. I will always remember him getting me my very first Sweatshirt from a Binghamton Rangers game as well for a Birthday gift well being at the game too. You were a great gentleman and it was always nice seeing you at the games. You will be missed but never forgotten. Rest in Peace Eric
