Obituary of Marguerite I. Traver

Marguerite (Peg) I. Traver went to be with God on Sunday, May 16, 2021. She was predeceased her many brothers and sisters along with her husband of 68 years of marriage, Elmer. She is survived by her children Paul, Darlene and Sharon: grandchildren, Kerry, Jennifer, Jeremy, Chad, Jason, Paul Jr., Jerrod; great grandchildren, Jade, Taryn, Crystal, Keyra, Tyler, Conner, Arianna and Cailyn. Peg was a devoted member of the First Church of the Nazarene and loved serving God and her family. She is retired from General Electric. Peg always had a smile on her face, a positive attitude and was genuinely sweet. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her family. She loved to go camping and play card games. Funeral Services will be held at Binghamton First Church of the Nazarene, 1282 Chenango Street, Binghamton, Thursday at 2 p.m. Rev. Wayne Hokanson will officiate. Burial will be in N. Fenton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at church from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First Church of the Nazarene 1282 Chenango St Binghamton, NY 13901.
