I don't know you, I didn't know Harper - I'm reading the obit because a Fb friend posted it. I am a parent and I think every parent feels pain when they see a child pass. Your obit was so beautiful, so full of love. You honored her life by telling all of us about it in such a way that we could feel the warmth and love. You honored her death with organ donations and remembering all the people who were forced upon you in the wake of this tragedy.

The time was Christmas 2002. The occasion was a Christmas Day buffet with the Stantz clan. I cherish the memory of having Harper nestled in my arms and sitting on my lap. So sorry for your loss. I too was at Wilson Hospital in the ICU dept as my mother is dying. I saw the honor walk and felt the presence of your beautiful loved one Harper. He donating her organs to help others is so wonderful. What a tragedy to loose such a life. My condolences.

I am so sorry for your trajic loss. Although I didn't know her she was a student with my Grandaughter so her loss is felt even amongst strangers.
