Obituary of Phyllis A Johnson

Phyllis A. Johnson, 73 of Binghamton, formerly of Glen Aubrey, died Friday June 28, 2013 at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse. She was predeceased by her parents, Julius and Jean Marut and her aunt Jane Stefanic. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Schuyler K. Johnson, Binghamton; her children, Stacey Rehberg, Johnson City, John and Sharmaine Rehberg, Maine, Vivian Rehberg, Rotterdam and Paris, France, Scott Rehberg and Dan Marchese, NM; a granddaughter, Trisha and Dan Clemente; a sister, Eileen and Michael Haight; several nieces, nephews and cousins and many local friends. She was a retired program director at Family and Children's Society. Phyllis enjoyed knitting, gardening and was an avid NY Giants fan. Funeral services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton Wednesday at 10 a.m. Reverend Ernest A. Steffensen will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
